Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions regarding custom orders:

After placing an order with Red Dog Woodcraft LLC for a custom project, we (Red Dog Woodcraft LLC) shall require a deposit of the amount required for materials, or a percentage of the total agreed on price, before beginning work on the project. This first deposit is non-refundable. After completion of the project, or after completion and initial delivery, the buyer shall pay the remaining amount of the total price before the project is released and/or installed. If there is an installation associated with the project, that installation cost may be paid along with the remaining balance, or after installation as a third payment, whichever the buyer prefers. 

If there is a disagreement after the project is completed, we will work to fix the issue, if possible, but reserve the right to not release the project until the total agreed on price has been paid in full. The initial cost associated with the “amount required for materials” for the project, or the “percentage of the total greed on price”, is not considered “paid in full.”
